Shipment Terms



Postal and administration charges 


1.For the shipment of all articles Splendissimo! charges a postage and administration costs. 

2.The postal charges (incl. administration costs) for orders in The Netherlands are as follows:

3.Depending on the weight/volume of the order it will be shipped in an envelope or package.

Zone 3: Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Cyprus, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Island, Channel Islands, Croatia, Lichtenstein, Macedonia,Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, Ukraine, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Vatican City, Belarus, Switzerland.

Zone 4: the rest of the world.


Payments 

1.After ordering you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an overview of your order and total costs, including the postal charges. 

2.Every order will be delivered after we have received the payment. You can pay direct and online with iDEAL. 

3.Payment needs to be completed within 7 weekdays following the order date; we will then ship the order. During these days Splendissimo! will reserve all ordered items for you. In case we do not receive the payment within this period the items will be made available for sale again. 

4.Splendissimo! will send a confirmation e-mail when your payment has been received. 


Shipping 

1.All items are presented with TNT Post within 2 weekdays after receiving the payment. 

2.If for any reason we cannot present your order to TNT Post within 2 days we will get in touch with you by telephone or e-mail. 

3.An e-mail will be sent confirming that the order has been shipped. 

4.In general TNT Post delivers the next day, given it is within The Netherlands. 

5.All articles are deliverable from stock. In case an article is temporarily out of stock you will be notified immediately. If Splendissimo! cannot deliver the order within 30 days, the client has the right to get it's money back without any costs. 

6.Splendissimo! is not responsible for any excess delivery time or loss and damage by TNT Post.


Returs and exchangeables

1.Splendissimo! does everything in its power to deliver a perfect product. If despite of that you are not satisfied with your order (or part of it), then you can exchange it or return it free of charge within 7 days after delivery. 

2.This is only possible if you notify Splendissimo! by e-mail beforehand. 

3.After receiving the returned item Splendissimo! will transfer the amount (excluding the postal & administration charges) on your bank account. 

4.If the size or color of the item you ordered is not correct, then you can always exchange this. 

5.Exchanging or returning is done on postal & administration charges of the client.

6.Items are not exchanged or cannot be returned when:

  • the articles have been used and/or been washed
  • you yourself have tried to repair the item
  • you have not followed the correct user instructions.

7.In case the customer has (partially) received a wrong order, then Splendissimo! will make sure that the proper items will be send.
